Many of the patterns people carry did not begin with a conscious choice they made in this lifetime. Sometimes they originated through energetic agreements that have never been questioned. Sometimes they began through words repeatedly spoken over a child until those words became accepted as truth.

Sometimes they arise through inherited ancestral patterns that have travelled through generations.

Sometimes they originate through deep soul contracts that continue to play out lifetime after lifetime.

But there can also be vows that arise within families, relationships, spiritual traditions, or soul agreements that continue echoing long after the original moment has passed.

An ancestor may dedicate an entire bloodline to sacrifice.

A parent may unknowingly speak limitations over a child for years.

A relationship may create an unconscious agreement that continues to influence both souls long after the relationship has ended.

These energetic agreements can become woven into the experiences we continue to attract until they are finally recognized.
